adventures in vegas/cali pt 1

im going to try and break this up... im probably going to forget some stuff so ill have to make some changes along the way but this is how it all went down:

lets start with our spray tans... haha. what an adventure. a few of the girls went nekkid and then others (like myself) wore little thongs. we had them done over at lindahun's house and it was kinda weird cuz it was outside... with nothing on but a little piece of fabric!! yep, not even kidding. i thought we looked ok after, it wasnt as orange as i was expecting either. so that was sunday night...
i made sure all my stuff was packed and i went to school early mon morning. all the girls got stuff ready and i picked up al as soon as i was done. we rendezvoused at my house and were off! of course we had to stop and get a tasty treat before the official vacation began.
most of the vacation was done in the lexus that we drove down. thanks to lindahun's parents for letting us borrow it. our car crew included me, al, shrimp, lindahun, and lauren. we had some extras join us along the way...
oh and few nights before me and shrimp worked on some playlists for the trip which included the ATL soundtrack, some party tunes (songs having to do with vegas, of course) and some emergency preparedness tracks. plus we had a little karaoke in the car to some boyzIImen and maria... boom,boom,bow... the drive down went pretty smooth. nothing too crazy happened. except we caught cpg in a little lie cuz the boyz car said they had passed us and we knew that simply wasnt true... haha so we had to play a little joke in order to catch the lie.
we got to vegas early afternoon and we were surprised w/ a better suite in vegas than we had ordered. it had two bathrooms, a huge king bed, and a pull out couch. we checked out the pool, got ready and walked the strip a little.
me, al, and lindahun decided to party it up monday night and we went to jet. the thing about jet is it was what you would call ghetto, for being in a nice hotel any way. it was way too overcrowded, smelled bad, and the dj was not good at all. we danced a little but were over it soon. hey, at least we got some cute pics!
so tuesday we went and did a little shopping and then we all took a dippity dip in the pool, and by dippity dip i mean we went swimming for about 2-3 hours. there were some old man pervs from detroit there and they were some what of a good time... al and lindahun got some free drinks! haha. we did a little more shopping and ate at some veggie place...then got a tasty treat at this ice cream place called something i dont remember right now. we walked the strip a little more... because what else are you supposed to do in vegas?? oh and me and al saw some fff's (fine-fire-fighters) they had tattoos and everything! mmmm. and yes we did chase them down a block, i guess they had to go save some lives or something. after that we went back to the hotel and had some serious ones. i fell asleep on the couch too so it ended up being just a hang out night.
i dont think i have ever had more people comment on my tattoos, it seems like every other person was talking to us about them... like we were some sort of out of the ordinary... hello, werent we in sin city?? haha and everybody told lauren she was the virgin to tattoos and she needed to catch up. um ok. haha. oh and yes we had a lovely serenade of the song called tatt'd up- it went a little something like this: tat! tat! tatt'd up! haha.
on our way out on wed we got a ton of vd... not that kind! vegan donuts- the real kind. mmmmm.
we headed to cali and thankfully we were out as a storm was creepin up on vegas. i think thats all that happened there... the events might have switched places but now on to the rest of the week...
