wheeew!! the stair-stepper at the gym kicked my butt today!!! literally!
haha. it was good though. i need to kick things up a notch if im going to reach my goal this summer. so far i have lost about 15 pounds and i wanna go for another 15-20.
its sooo hard though!! haha. i def feel better when i work out and i know its worth it, but its just so much easier to lay in bed or watch tv. sheesh. it really will be worth it though, i just have to do it.
i think the hardest thing is stupid delicious yummy food. haha. especially on the weekends! hello, ice cream!!
like i said i just gotta do it to it.
