Mister Heavenly...

Im not ashamed to admit the only reason I went to see Mister Heavenly at Kilby Court was to see that great little kanook that is Michael Cera. I probably would have been very disappointed in my self if I didnt go just to get a glimpse of his adorable face... The music wasnt that bad either. I dont know if I will listen to them, but it was fun and entertaining while I was there. Apparently its a super band, but I dont really know who any of the other guys were and as stated before, I wasnt really there for the music, just there for George Michael. They had a sound similar to Modest Mouse, obviously with a guy from that particular band, so maybe I will give them another shot, or maybe I will just look at this picture in silence...


How can you not love that smile? Funny that he played bass and thats what he played in Scott Pilgram vs The World and Nick and Nora's infinite playlist.

I got these books this weekend and they are super fantastic. I suggest you check em out as well, but only if you like cool art and stuff that is bad ass.
This first one I saw on the internet and then to my surprise they had it at Barnes and Noble and I snatched it up as soon as I saw it!

I think I am going to make some changes to my blog. If I was me and I saw it, Im not to sure I would read it. Its cute and all but not very entertaining. I think I just want to make it more interesting and have some substance...
I think I want to have on it stuff that I want to learn more about i.e. artists &/or art publications, music, fashion, Salt Lake City, books, websites & blogs, music, etc.

I also need to change the format. It needs the wow factor.

I watched this movie last night and it was so good. I was surprised about how much I liked it. I couldnt stop watching from the moment it was on. I thought it would be one of those movies that you turn on more or less for background noise so that way you can get other stuff done. Needless to say, I had to stop making the cookies to watch this and finish after.

I have always known about Frida, especially because I love Surrealism and she put in this category very often. I just never had any motivation to learn more about her or to find out her art. I am glad I watched this though. I am definitely intrigued to learn more and find out as much as I can. A lot of my great friends have always raved about Frida and now I know what all the fuss is about.

I found this blog today and I seriously could not control the drool coming out of my mouth on dripping off of my chin. It seems like its a pretty new blog because there are only a few recipes on there but every single one of them looks D-lish. Plus how cute is Vegandor?!
