This movie was the story of my life. It is not over done and the story is really simple. I think its really cute too and it's not trying to prove a point but its presenting evidence for you to come to a conclusion yourself about what love is. I like Michael Cera (hello, ever heard of Arrested Development, Superbad, etc) but he plays the same characters, except in this movie I really like him and his normalness. I think what Charlene Yi (I love how they call her Chuck in the movie btw) feels is how I feel a lot of the time. Samesies! It's a good movie though and there are some cute songs in it as well.

And I have heard that they were a real life couple which makes the story even better, and if they weren't... well nevermind that, I will just pretend they were.

Florida trip?

I really want to go to the Harry Potter theme park I am going to the Harry Potter theme park this year.

I was thinking maybe we could go for like a week though because I have never been to Florida and I've heard excellent reviews of the beaches there. Kind of like how we went to California for a week, maybe we can do something similar this year? (And this is just an idea I was throwing around) But maybe we could take a day or two and go to New Orleans. I know is not what it was, but I think it would be really neat to see all the haunted places.
Whoever wants to join in is more than welcome, definitely the more the merrier. Of course we are gonna be hanging out w/ HP like 80% of the time and the rest at the beach but it's going to be a fun time for sure. Maybe early June? Let me know what you guys think and we can get to planning!

what?!!

Ryan Gosling and Mark Ruffalo are/were in Park City for Sundance!!! Why did I not know this? I love them so much and they were 30 miles away from me. I want to keep each of them in my pocket forever. Maybe we will have to go up in the next few days before it is over just in case they are still there, waiting for me.

Oh and I heard Ryan Reynolds and Adrian Brody were soaking up the snow as well.


P.S. I am glad we didnt take our chances on Saturday night, I would much rather be safe hanging out w/ my girls than be slippin and sliding up that scary snowy canyon. We can always try another day before it ends. Nbd.

wanna swim?

If I can get to were I want to be when it comes to looking good then I think I want to get this Betsey swimsuit. I know its a little early considering its not even february yet, but a girl can dream right? (not to mention save, these pieces are kinda pricey!)




In the mean time I will just have to use my coconut body wash as much as possible and relax in my tropical bird romper.

Success! This weekend was so great and everything turned out really nice, and of course all the ladies looked super cute. I had so much fun. We know how to party.

I love Rachel McAdams. I love all the movies that she is in- well the ones that I have seen anyway and I think she is so fantastic in them. I love that she dated Ryan Gosling and I love that she had pink hair. I think she has really good style too, when it comes to actresses nowsadays they are always going over the top, or under, and they dont leave anything to the imagination. Or they just push the envelope when it shouldnt be pushed. But not my girl Rachel! She's fantastic. I recommend Sherlock Holmes if you havnet seen it yet, at least to see the clothes she wears!

What I like about you.

2010 Is going to be a good year. I hope so anyway. Just like any other year there are going to be a lot of changes made, and with everybody growing up it seems like those changes are more well life-changing now more than ever. I have some high hopes though and I think its all gonna be good.
I have some new ideas and this is what I'm liking so far in the new year: Creepy music I know this is kind of generic but I am trying to broaden my horizons when it comes to tunes and I like this so far. Kinda chill and kinda good for the soul.
Arts and crafts All I do all day long is look at pictures on the internet of random stuff. This will give me some outlet to channel that curiosity into something useful like actually learning about these artists and knowing what styles I like. Then I might actually be able to execute my crafty ideas into something handy... maybe. Accessories Like this: from here or Leggings (gasp) but only ones that go just below the knee. I saw them in a really cute picture w/ oxford shoes and a pencil skirt. A-dor-able. Plus maybe some scarves and stockings. Me Oh this sounds a little selfish. But its more just doing what I like and being happy with it.
Just stuff I like as of right this moment.

no more tv.

I think I need to watch less tv. It seems like the main reason I havent been very efficient in the last few years (sort of including 2009) is because I watch way too much. BUT I dont think that buying tv series on dvd's counts as watching tv because there are some good quality shows that can be used for some great entertainment. I am talking about sitting in my bed changing channels for three hours and not even bothering to get up and get dressed. At least with reading I am sort of being productive and plus Im not being bombarded by useless advertisements, made-up real life, celebrity messes, and fabricated news stories. I dont think it will be that hard, when we lived in the Broadmoors I didnt have "tv" in my room, just movies, and that worked out quite well. Hopefully the shoe fits.
