I'm having mixed emotions about losing weight and I think its really weird. Im down another pants size!! Woot Woot! Which is really awesome because I have been putting in some major time workin out in the last few weeks and man that is hard work... However the bummer is that everything is getting smaller! Haha. I know it seems kinda ridiculous to be bummed over but Im kinda stressing. I know my body is getting smaller all over because thats kind of the point but cant I just have nice legs, nice arms, nice waist and then the rest doesnt need to get any smaller haha. And obviously everything is being widdled down so I dont look mis-proportioned but its just kinda weird.
The other thing that sucks is some of my clothes really arent fitting me right now and I dont want to buy new ones because Im not quite at the weight I want to be at, mabye another 10-15 lbs and then Ill be good.
Ugh, things are never simple. No matter how much time and planning you put into stuff it doesnt work out how you expect it too.

Oh well. I just need to stop worrying so much about little things.

So I was thinking about Halloween and what some easy dress up costumes might be since I dont even have any for sure sure plans and I dont really know if anything is happening... Im kinda bummed there isnt a show this year too :(
But I had this brilliant idea... and I think it might only work if more than one person does it because it might not be as obvious if only one person does it...

What if we were HARAJUKU GIRLS?? Not necessasrily the ones that are BFF w/ Gwen Stefani but just the regular ones? The costumes would be super easy to make or I know they even sell some of the costumes already put together.
I think it would be super cute and we could make them as warm as we wanted.






Anywho... I guess we will see what happens. I still think day of the dead girls would be cute too if we all got skeleton hoodies but I think that might be a little harder to put together properly... Welll actually maybe not cuz it would just be hair and make up really. AAhhh idk what to do, haha.

In the very least we will all have to party or watch some scary movies or something.

This movie looks good.... but I believe its about aliens, haha. B, you wanna go?? Just kidding! I think if I saw it I would end up creeping myself out about them

Hhhmmmm... Idk about the whole "tattoo" thing these tights are talkin about but I do think its a cute idea and I think these would look adorable under a deep red or black skirt... even if you arent going for a tattoo'd look on your legs.

OMG. I had so much fun on Saturday night at Witches Night Out!!! Me, Kimi, and Lauren met Al and tu madre there with B, and Christen w/ Brooklyn and LindaHun. I thought everyone looked so cute and lovely(as usual) and it was so nice to hang out and take some pictures. It was pretty much perfect weather too.
I didnt get to really shop around as much as I usually do but Gardner Village isnt really going anywhere so there's no reason why I cant go back any day.
The only think I noticed was that there was a ton of witches (obviously) but not really any from like movies and stuff ya know. It seems like in years before there was a bigger variety of costumes. Except this year we did see an man-wich- nope not the sloppy joe kind but the kind that is a man who dressed up as a witch. Haha.
Oh and I think the fortune teller was kinda whack, Haha. I mean she could at least make something up instead of looking in that little book, plus she kinda had man-hands and you cant trust anybody who has man-hands. It was seriously so fun though. I luhh you ladies.
















I think this has totes been a succesful Halloween 2009 so far. Two more weekends to go!

I know this song isnt about Halloween but I still like to listen to around this time of year because it reminds me of creepy things for obvious reasons.

These are a few of my favorite things!

When the dog bites, when the bee stings, when I'm feeling sad... I simply remember my favorite things and then I dont feel soooo bad. Haha.

I really like these boots... for multiple reasons.
1) Super cute wedge style
2) They remind me of Edward Scissorhands- whom I love
3) Dressy and can be not dressy
4) I dont have stick legs and these buckles can accomodate



And YES those are spider tights! How adorable, right?
I def want them in black too...

While we are talking about stuff that covers our leg area, these socks look not only really comfortable but also very stylish!


Last but not least... These boots are pretty awesome as well because they are really simple but can also be dressy or not dressy.



All said items are from Free People, and as much as I dont like hippie style stuff they have some pretty sweet accessories and apparel... Even though its pretty pricey and these boots combined are probably worth more than my life, or something like that.

Halloweenie.

Ugh. I still dont know what I am going to be on HALLOWEEN... Plus I still havent bought one measley thing for any of my other costumes. This is coming up way too fast and I dont know if I can handle this intensity, haha.
So for halloween I did have a thought about being a dia de los muertos senorita... but I dont want to wear a dress because the ones that I have seen are "just alright" and I cant be walkin around SLC with a "just alright" costume.
I was thinking something like this then... A skeleton body suit (it'd be warm) and crazy hair and skeleton makeup of course... then maybe put on a rosary and a few flowers in the hair and boom- costume.

This was just an idea... we will see what I actually decide on. Hhhmmmph.
